Privacy, plainly.
StageSep is an offline space game. The app does not send your game data to us or to other companies.
What stays on your device
StageSep saves mission progress, satellite configurations, station layouts, rover discoveries, game photographs, and settings locally. There is one local space program per device. The app does not ask for a name, email address, or account.
Game photographs depict the simulated world. StageSep does not access your device camera or photo library. The app has no cloud synchronization.
No tracking or advertising
The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, tracking, or chat. It does not collect personal information from players, including children, and does not sell or share their game data. There are no third-party advertising or analytics services inside the app.
Keeping and deleting local data
Local progress and settings remain on your device until the app is deleted. Deleting StageSep removes its local app data; offloading the app can retain it. Please avoid deleting the app merely to troubleshoot a temporary issue if you want to keep your progress.
Your device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. Apple manages backup retention and restoration. StageSep does not keep a server copy from which we can restore a lost save.
If you contact support
If a parent or guardian emails support, the sender’s address, message, and any attachments are used by the developer to answer the question and resolve the issue. Support correspondence is separate from offline gameplay. Please do not include a child’s name, photographs, or other personal details.
You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing stagesep@jlong.dev.
This website
These static pages have no advertising, analytics scripts, third-party fonts, forms, or tracking cookies set by page code. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes normal request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. Email sent to the support alias is forwarded through Cloudflare to the developer’s support mailbox. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Policy changes
If these privacy practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
